Sugo Support Not Responding After Account Closure
I work as a chat streamer on the Sugo platform. I am also a nurse, and at times when I stream from home, a baby’s crying can be heard in the background. In a recent stream, there were also a few brief moments where a swaddled baby could be seen from a distance. Other streamers recorded those moments and reported them to the platform.
As a result, my account was shut down yesterday for “displaying minors,” without any opportunity for me to explain myself. There is absolutely no exploitation of minors or inappropriate content in my broadcasts. It was simply a home environment with unintentional background noise and a very short, distant glimpse of a swaddled baby. For this reason, I believe the accusation against me is unfair.
When I tried to reach support, I was unable to get any response, and shortly afterward my account was fully closed. I request that the recordings be carefully reviewed so it can be seen that the situation was misunderstood, and that my streamer account with ID 153198388 be reinstated.
