Sugo Withdrawal Error Charged 60 AZN Without Authorization

Yesterday, while attempting to withdraw money through Sugo, the system displayed an incorrect transaction. During this process, 60 AZN was charged from the card linked to Sugo through my Google account. This charge occurred differently from the transaction I was trying to complete, and I am currently unable to recover the 60 AZN taken from my card.

Due to this system error, I have been financially affected. I request that the 60 AZN charged from my card be refunded as soon as possible. As the complainant, I would like my name to appear as Rüfet.
