Starbucks Sent Me a Hot Latte Instead of Iced Blonde Latte



I ordered a Grande Iced Blonde Latte from Starbucks via the Yemeksepeti app, but what I received was nothing close to what I ordered. Instead of the refreshing iced version I requested, I was sent a steaming hot Blonde Latte. Even the label clearly showed what the correct order should have been, which makes this mistake even more careless.
It’s unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks to ignore such a simple and obvious order detail. This shows a complete lack of attention to the customer experience. If they can’t even get the temperature of the drink right, what does that say about their service quality?
I’m not asking for a refund or replacement from Starbucks—I’ve already contacted Yemeksepeti and requested a voucher instead. But I want it to be known how disappointed I am with the lack of care shown toward fulfilling basic orders.
