Starbucks Not Giving Receipts - Invoice Not Showing
I used Yemeksepeti to place an order from Starbucks and have been waiting for the bill or statement ever since, but nothing has been sent. I told customer service over and over that the "View Invoice" area doesn't show any documents, but they didn't do anything to help me. Making things even worse is that I lost the ability to call the support line all of a sudden, and on my last try, the call ended while I was still explaining the problem. Not being able to get help and having my request ignored makes me angry, especially since not having a proper statement is clearly against the law. This missing paper makes it impossible for me to send the expense to my company, which costs me money. The support team didn't even try to solve the problem; they just ended the chat. My simple request is that the bill for my order be sent to me right away, and I want a good explanation for why communication was cut off. It's not going to be fixed, so I'm going to file formal complaints with all the call logs and proof to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, the Revenue Administration, and any other relevant agencies.
