About a week ago, I suddenly lost access to my Google account. When I tried to log in, I saw a message stating, “Your account has been removed and banned due to suspected violation of the Terms of Service and policies.” Despite not committing any violation, my account was closed without any prior warning or explanation, which has left me both surprised and seriously affected.
I primarily used this account for email, and many of my important accounts are linked to this address. In addition, the account contained coins that I personally earned and paid for. Losing access to all of this without any clear reason is not acceptable.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Google and explained the situation, but I have not received any response. I have been given no explanation as to why I was banned, nor any clear guidance on how I can formally appeal the decision.
I request that Google review my account and immediately reinstate it if it was banned unfairly, restoring my access to my coins and account data. If there is genuinely believed to be a violation, I ask that it be clearly explained to me and that I be provided with a clear and accessible path to appeal the decision.
