Getir Delivers Wrong Starbucks Order, Refunds Only Coffee
I ordered a coffee from Starbucks through Getir, but it arrived mixed up and incorrect. While Getir refunded the coffee itself, they didn’t refund the delivery fee. More importantly, I needed a hot coffee as ordered. The Starbucks location said they’d send a replacement but mentioned I needed to contact Getir's courier. A request was created, but the replacement still hasn’t arrived. This is just the latest in a string of issues I’ve experienced with Getir’s service. I’m highly disappointed, as the experience falls far short of satisfactory. Getir should be more responsive to customer needs and provide full refunds when orders go wrong.
