I Found an Insect Inside My Starbucks Packaged Coffee
I’m shocked and disgusted by what I found in my recent Starbucks packaged coffee. Just two days ago, I ordered a bag of Starbucks filter coffee through the Yemeksepeti app. Today, while transferring the coffee into a storage jar, I discovered a dead insect inside the sealed package.
This is absolutely unacceptable and completely out of line for a brand like Starbucks. I’ve been regularly purchasing packaged coffee from them for home use, but after this experience, I no longer trust the product’s quality or safety. It’s disturbing to think how easily this could have gone unnoticed.
To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to report this issue properly through Yemeksepeti’s support system. Their help center only provides options related to order receipts, and there's no way to request a return or report a hygiene-related problem for delivered products.
I demand an immediate refund in ₺ for the contaminated product and expect Starbucks to take full responsibility by reviewing their packaging and quality control processes. I also expect Yemeksepeti to improve their platform so that customers can properly report issues like this. I will not continue purchasing from either platform unless this is addressed seriously.
