Sugo Suspended My Chat Account After User Complaints

February 3 1:52 PM94

On January 23, 2026, my Sugo account was locked without any specific or clear justification, and I have been unable to access it since that date. The account was closed with a message indicating I had been “banned,” and I am currently unable to continue using the service.

On a chat-based platform, it is not acceptable for an account to be immediately closed based solely on complaints from two or three individuals. The fact that people we choose not to interact with — or who may feel bothered by us — can intentionally report an account and cause it to be shut down is a serious issue. I believe Sugo should not close accounts without conducting proper reviews and should implement stronger safeguards against malicious or bad-faith reports.

My expectation from Sugo is that my account be reinstated, that the reason for the suspension be clearly and transparently communicated to me, and that the complaint and account suspension procedures be reviewed to prevent similar situations from happening again. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible.
