Defective Stanley Thermos Replacement Delay

I've been waiting for over 65 days for Stanley to replace my defective thermos, and I'm still no closer to getting a resolution. I followed all the instructions to the letter, but they still haven't sent me a replacement. What's even more frustrating is that they only offer customer support through WhatsApp, which is a completely inadequate way to handle a serious issue like this.
I'm incredibly disappointed with the overall experience. I bought a Stanley thermos because I thought it was a quality product from a reputable brand. But now I realize that I was wrong. The product itself is defective, and the customer service is even worse.
I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a Stanley thermos to think twice. It's simply not worth the hassle and expense.
