Stanley Took My Thermos for Repair and I Have Heard Nothing for Over Two Months
I returned my Stanley thermos because of a lid defect, but it's been two and a half months with no updates at all. I sent it out on December 3, and while I got a notification that it arrived on December 20, the Kutupayısı website still indicates that it’s “waiting for the product.” It's really disappointing that there's been no communication. The call center is unresponsive, and Stanley Türkiye’s social media accounts are not replying either. It seems as though they are intentionally overlooking customer concerns. I anticipated a higher level of service from such a reputable brand, yet here I am, without any updates or resolutions. I now wish I hadn't put my trust in Stanley and can't suggest their service to anyone.
