Stanley Cold Water Thermos Lid Detached – No Replacement After 13 Days

I purchased a Stanley cold water thermos, and shortly after, the lid detached. Since the product was under warranty, I sent it to Kutupayısı, following their instructions for the return process. A few days later, I received a message confirming that the product was defective and that they would send me a replacement thermos.
However, it has now been 13 days, and I have received neither a replacement nor my original thermos back. There has been no communication or update regarding my case, and I have no idea what is happening with my product. There is no one to contact, and the lack of customer support is extremely frustrating.
I demand immediate resolution. Either send me the promised replacement thermos or return my original product. This delay is completely unacceptable for a well-known brand like Stanley. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible!
