My Stanley thermos is leaking, and I have reported this issue multiple times via WhatsApp and Instagram, yet I have received no response. How long am I supposed to wait? Why is Stanley ignoring customer complaints?

The lid is defective—it leaks when placed in my bag, making it completely unreliable for travel. I purchased this thermos expecting quality and durability, but instead, I’m left with a product that doesn’t function properly and a customer service team that won’t even reply.

Stanley, I demand a solution! Either replace my faulty lid or provide a fix immediately. A thermos that can’t hold liquid properly is unacceptable!
