I made the mistake of buying a Samsung washer and dryer combo not too long ago, and it has been nothing short of a disaster. Since the beginning of this year, the machine has been spreading lint from clothes that have been dried onto other clothes, making those clothes fuzzy all over. Even though it can hold 10 kilograms, it can't clean a single-sized duvet well. To make matters worse, it mixes fabric softener and detergent while it's dispensing them. It's gotten to the point where it's funny because every time they fix one problem, they make another one. There are times when the water flow is slowed down, which makes clothes partly damp and partly wet. Service technicians have been there more than once, but the problems have not been fixed.

Unfortunately, this time the service that came again tried to pass it off by saying that we should change the detergent compartment and the boiler is faulty. In the meantime, my laundry is full of lint and feathers, and the feathers accumulate in the boiler and are scattered on the laundry again. There is no solution, there will be no part of my washing machine left unchanged. This product is a defective product. Do not produce it, do not sell it. Samsung's brand name is getting dirty for such a defective product. Stand behind your product and eliminate the victimization. Never buy this product, I am also writing the model number. Unfortunately, there is no solution other than repairing it, and the same issues continue even after it is repaired. I think Samsung should stick to what it does best; you are not successful in home appliances. Stop production, and there are so many complaints that soon, unfortunately, you won't be able to find buyers. I will continue to write until a solution is found.

In the meantime, I once again used my goodwill and directed my washing machine to service. My washing machine was taken from my home for 5 days; the drum was replaced, the detergent drawer was replaced, the card was replaced, in other words, there was no part left unchanged, and this is a 4-year-old machine. It was brought back home, I ran my washing machine, and I am attaching the video below; the same problem continues, it's like a joke. Watch and see if there has been any solution, all this effort, sadness, the accumulated laundry at home, the money spent, the wasted time, which one should I be upset about?
