I bought this machine expecting to wash large loads, but it refuses to go into the spin cycle for drying, even with a mere 5 kg of laundry! This is completely unacceptable.
My old 7 kg washing machine could handle blankets and full loads without any problem, always spinning them dry. Now, with this supposed 11 kg "upgrade," I can't even wash a thin pillow! I've owned this machine for a year, and I've never put more than 4-5 kg of laundry in it. I even tried washing a jacket, and it wouldn't spin dry that either. The service technician keeps telling me that "not every program washes 11 kg," but despite trying every single program, I still haven't found one that actually spins correctly.
Samsung, you have sold me a defective product! Your 11 kg washing machine fails at its most basic function. Fix this chronic spinning issue immediately, or replace my faulty washing machine! I expect a fully functional appliance for the money I paid.
