Samsung Eco Bubble Washer Bad Odor Problem

Our washing machine is a Samsung Eco Bubble. Even though they have tried to fix the ongoing problem by changing the fabric softener and detergent many times, they have not been able to do so. Our laundry either has a bad smell or has no smell at all. It's disappointing to see that the machine we spent so much money on has turned out to be useless. The worst part is that Samsung doesn't help. After the warranty period was over, they just ignored us. They played us for fools by giving us different reasons why they couldn't fix the problem until the warranty was up. It's very disappointing, and I can't recommend their products to anyone.
