I Keep Having the Same Issues with My Samsung Washer Dryer—Ruins Clothes and Goes Unfixed

I bought a Samsung washer dryer, expecting quality and reliability—but all I’ve gotten is repeated frustration. After serious issues with the first machine, I was issued a replacement of the exact same model. Sadly, the same problems continued with the new unit too.

The new machine has already required 4 or 5 service visits, yet nothing has been fixed. My white clothes come out dirty, poorly washed, and sometimes even damaged. It’s clear the machine doesn’t clean properly. The last technician visit ended with the same empty conclusion: “No issue found.” Meanwhile, my laundry keeps getting worse.

I used to be a fan of Samsung, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. They keep sending technicians, but no one actually fixes the problem. I’ve lost confidence in the product and in the brand. I can’t even recommend Samsung to others anymore—I feel like I’m stuck with a defective machine that no one wants to take responsibility for.
