Annoying Noises from My Samsung Washing Machine
I bought a Samsung 10.5 kg washing machine to make laundry easier, but it's been a constant source of frustration due to a strange noise coming from inside. I called the service team several times, and each time they dismissed it as normal or suggested minor adjustments, such as leveling the machine. They even came to inspect, but without looking at the video evidence, they declared that everything was fine. A so-called "solution team" recently arrived and ignored the video proof. They even put it through its paces with two small items while ignoring the loud belt noise. Despite being under warranty, they had the audacity to ask for an additional 200 TL. Samsung is not standing behind their product, ignoring my complaints and refusing to acknowledge the problem. This ongoing issue and lack of support are vexing. As a dissatisfied customer, I demand that this warranty saga be resolved.
