We had high hopes for the Samsung dryer we purchased because of the brand and technology, but it has caused us more problems than benefits. The technician cut his finger during the inspection, but Samsung refuses to replace it because of the error. The company that promised a 20-year warranty on the motor forgot that its primary function is to dry laundry without damaging it. They refuse to provide a replacement because of their error. They are oblivious to our problems.
