Samsung Dryer Tears Clothes, No Replacement Offered
We had high hopes for the Samsung dryer we purchased because of the brand and technology, but it has caused us more problems than benefits. We only used it 7-8 times, and it literally cut our clothes like scissors during the last two drying cycles. Worse, in the last two washes, we threw away items from a well-known brand because they were torn. We called technical service after discovering the problem with the machine and requested an inspection and replacement. The technician cut his finger during the inspection, but Samsung refuses to replace it because of the error. The company that promised a 20-year warranty on the motor forgot that its primary function is to dry laundry without damaging it. They refuse to provide a replacement because of their error. They are oblivious to our problems.

After my complaint, the Samsung representatives were very attentive. The customer service representative quickly understood and resolved my issue. They addressed the annoying factory defect by sending us a new and upgraded model device. We thank them for their understanding and assistance.
