The authorized service center for my Qcy T7 Bluetooth Headset did not meet my expectations. On 11/11/2022, I sent in my headset for repair under warranty because the right earpiece stops working just 5 minutes after being charged. I bought it on 3/3/2022. On 1.12.2022, I received my headset back from the service center with the explanation that the problem was due to user error, despite the fact that the headset was in perfect condition and had been used with extreme cleanliness. As a replacement, they offered to charge twice as much as commonly available headphones. That's not acceptable at all, and I'm really annoyed by the service center's inability to help me. Although user error may account for the headset powering down after 5 minutes of inactivity after a full charge, the problem should still be covered by the manufacturer. I expect a prompt response from Qcy in the form of a free replacement headset, and I want them to reconsider their criteria for what constitutes user error. I trust that the problem will be fixed quickly and that Qcy will take the necessary steps to enhance its customer service in the future. For your future assistance, I appreciate your consideration.
