101 Yalla Erased My Game Progress Without Warning
About a month ago, I suddenly lost access to my 101 Yalla account and realized that my account had been permanently deleted without my knowledge or consent. I was registered with both my phone number and email address, but since my phone number has changed, I now have no way to access my account at all.
This account contained things that were very important to me, including my level, my linked social media account, and my friends list. I spent a long time building and using this account, yet no explanation or notification was ever provided about why or how it was permanently deleted.
I am requesting that 101 Yalla restore my account, including my previous level and all associated rights. If restoring the account is not technically possible, I at least want a clear and detailed explanation regarding the status and deletion of my account.
