In August 2022, I purchased a genuine wired headset from Teknosa in Anadolu Hisarı. However, starting from April 2023, the product began to malfunction. I promptly visited Teknosa to explain the issue, and they initially showed interest in resolving it. However, after waiting for 1.5 weeks, I received a response from KVK stating that the repair would cost me 691 TL due to user error! I strongly disagree with this assessment. It's worth mentioning that a brand-new headset costs around 600 TL. I have been an iPhone user for 13 years, and I have never encountered such an issue before. I urgently demand a resolution to this problem. Whether it's repair or replacement, I expect a fair and satisfactory outcome! Your customers deserve better service and fair treatment.
