Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Freezes From Day One Bent After Service Repair

I have been struggling to use my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, which I purchased from Turkcell about a year ago, due to persistent freezing and lagging issues that started from the very first day. The phone constantly stutters and freezes while opening apps or switching between screens, and at times it becomes completely unresponsive, causing continuous disruptions in my daily life even though a phone is something one should be able to rely on at all times. Because I live outside the city, I was unable to take the device to an authorized service center for a long period, and I could only bring it to the Samsung authorized service in Gaziosmanpaşa about two months ago when I came to Istanbul. There, the screen and battery were replaced; however, after the repair, a new structural issue appeared, as the upper part of the phone was bent forward, causing it not to lie flat on a table and giving it a visibly crooked appearance. Despite this, the freezing and touch responsiveness issues continued, so I returned the phone to the same service center, where only a software update was performed, yet the problem remained unresolved. On my third visit, even though I explained the same issues again, no action was taken and I was told that there was no problem with the device, and that the phone being bent was “normal.” This was particularly frustrating, as a service employee initially acknowledged that the phone was indeed crooked, only for this to later be denied. It is unacceptable to me that a phone I purchased in perfect condition became visibly bent after service and that this is not recognized as a defect by an authorized service center. I purchased this phone by paying a significant amount and trusting Samsung as a well-established brand, expecting quality, reliability, and trouble-free use, especially since this model is marketed with promises of unlimited folding, strong warranty coverage, and durability. Despite acting in good faith throughout the process, including the unavoidable delay in sending the device to service, I have been left disadvantaged, as neither the freezing issues nor the structural defect have been resolved despite three service visits. For all these reasons, I formally request a free, one-to-one replacement of my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 device.
