The Match Masters game causes technical issues and unfair losses that seriously affect players. The game brings bot players into matches, creates technical problems, and kicks players out of the game. It also constantly lowers your ranking, causes you to lose progress and rewards, and never compensates for these losses.
It is impossible to reach customer support—at least I haven’t been able to so far.
Match Masters is a deliberately designed game that is completely focused on making players lose and is programmed to be misleading. No matter what you do, you can’t win. The characters you purchase are lost within minutes. I don’t recommend this game to anyone—stay away.
