I Sent My QCY HT08 Earbuds for Warranty and Haven’t Got Them Back in 2 Months
I bought the QCY HT08 earbuds as a gift about three months ago, but ended up using them myself. After using them for just one week, the sound suddenly cut out without warning. I sent them in for warranty service, expecting a quick fix or replacement. But now it’s been over two months and I still haven’t received anything back.
When I followed up, I was told they were waiting for an invoice for return processing. That’s not my responsibility—it’s theirs! It makes no sense for a customer to be kept waiting this long for a product that barely worked to begin with. I sent the earbuds back in like-new condition, expecting them to either repair, replace, or refund as stated in their policy.
I’ve seen tons of similar complaints online about QCY and it seems like they just ignore customer satisfaction. This delay is unacceptable. If the company cannot fix the product, they should immediately issue a refund or send me a brand-new pair. I’m done waiting—resolve this now.
