I Bought the QCY H3 Pro Headphones and My Voice Doesn’t Transmit Clearly

March 27, 2025 9:45 PM106

I recently bought a QCY H3 Pro over-ear headset, and within just three weeks of use, I’ve already run into a major issue. While the audio quality for listening is fine, my voice barely transmits to the other side during calls, even when I raise my voice or speak directly into the microphone.

I tried doing a factory reset on the device hoping it would solve the problem, but nothing changed. This clearly seems like a defective microphone issue. The product has not come into contact with water or been dropped, and I’ve handled it with care from day one.

Considering it’s a brand new purchase, I believe this should be covered under warranty service. I’m frustrated that I can’t use the product for its intended purpose—communication. I expect QCY to either replace this faulty unit or repair it immediately. Please don’t ignore this. I paid for a working headset, and I want one that actually works as advertised.
