Temu Missing Fishing Supplies Order Incomplete - Delivery Issue

I ordered four different fishing supply products from Temu to be delivered to Istanbul, Turkey, and the package was delivered on 28 December. In my order there were two products in packs of 10, one product in a pack of 5 and one product in a pack of 50. However, in the delivery I received only three pieces from each of the 10-piece products, only one piece from the 5-piece product, and the 50-piece product was not delivered at all. My order number is PO-203-05091445627510229. After noticing that the products were missing and incomplete, I contacted Temu customer service. I was told that the products were supposedly packaged and sent in full. I also stated that there was a possibility that the products could have been lost at customs or during cargo, because the couriers just leave the package at the door and go, but I still did not receive any positive or solution-oriented response. I request that the missing fishing products in my order be delivered to me in full as soon as possible. If Temu cannot complete the delivery of the missing items, I demand a refund for all undelivered and incomplete products.

They don't get in touch at all, they just stall with robot messages. I filed a spending dispute through the bank; once I get the outcome, I will completely stop shopping with Temu. You should think five times before shopping with them.
