JBL Quantum 100 No Sound Issue - Warranty Denied As User Error

Despite my JBL Quantum 100 headset having a 2-year warranty, it stopped producing sound in the 17th month. I sent the product to service through Teknosa store. After about two weeks, it was returned without any repair, labeled as “user error,” and I was offered a different product for an additional payment of approximately ₺1,500. I do not accept this approach. The issue has been recurring since the early days of using the headset. My service receipt number is AZT0000507045. I was left victimized because instead of performing a free repair under warranty, I was redirected toward purchasing another product, and the “user error” claim was not explained with any concrete justification. My request is to have my current headset replaced free of charge with the same model under warranty. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
