My Pull & Bear T-Shirt Shrank After Washing

On June 6th, I bought three t-shirts from your Marmara Forum store. All three labels clearly stated to wash them at 30 degrees Celsius. I washed all of them on a quick cycle. Two of the t-shirts were perfectly fine, but one of them completely shrank!
This is unacceptable. Your product's care instructions are misleading, and the quality is inconsistent. I paid for three t-shirts that should withstand a standard wash as per your own labels.
Pull & Bear, you need to exchange this shrunken t-shirt immediately! Is a replacement even possible for a defective item like this? Rectify this issue now and ensure your product quality matches your care instructions!
