I Haven't Received My Pull and Bear Order

I ordered some jeans off the Pull and Bear website on the 28th of December 2024, it said that it would arrive on the 6th of January, but when I tracked the order yesterday it said it had already been delivered on the 2nd of January. I checked the reference photo and it seemed like an unfamiliar location. For context, I live in a building with two separate colonies and the parcel seemed to have been delivered to the wrong colony. Even though I did specify my colony and flat number, when I checked the other area there was no sign of my parcel. I even checked each individual flat and there was still no sign. How can we proceed with this situation, since it’s not my fault and my parcel has not yet arrived at the designated address, I understand it may also not be your fault but I am nevertheless a bit worried since I could potentially lose my money. Please do let me know how to solve this issue.
