Pull and Bear Sent Incomplete Tracksuit and Won't Send the Missing Sweatshirt

Pull & Bear sent me an incomplete order. Instead of sending the missing item, customer service is asking me to return the product. I ordered a tracksuit set, but it arrived incomplete—only the pants were in the package. The sweatshirt was not included. I paid for the full set and expected to receive everything as advertised. Checking the contents before shipping should be standard practice to avoid such issues. This is causing unnecessary frustration and wasting my time. Why are you making this difficult for me as if it’s my fault? Just send the missing item! It's a simple solution.
