Pull & Bear Sent the Wrong Size and Style for My White Running Shoes

I ordered a white size 38 running shoe from Pull & Bear, but what I received was shocking—a size 42 men's shoe! This isn’t just a minor error in size; it’s a completely different product from what I ordered. How can such a mistake happen? Sending the wrong size of the same shoe might be understandable as an oversight, but this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

I attached a photo to highlight the issue. I expect Pull & Bear to resolve this immediately by sending the correct product or offering a refund. Such mistakes reflect poorly on quality control and customer service standards. Please address this issue promptly.
