I ordered product number 246548735541 on 23.11.2023, and after patiently waiting for 8 days, the package finally arrived, unboxed it, was shocked to find only the top part of the tracksuit instead of the complete set. This is a major absurdity; I specifically ordered a tracksuit set, not just the top. It seems there was a significant oversight from the individuals responsible for packing and quality control. These errors are inexcusable, and customers should be cautious. Additionally, the performance of the delivery company has been disappointing. I am seeking either an exchange for the complete tracksuit set or a refund. receiving an incomplete order, hope this issue is promptly addressed.
I took the product to the store, and my refund was directly credited to my account, thank you. My humble advice is that they should make a change in the shipping company and customer service.
