Priceline Customer Service Complaint - No Refund For Weeks

On March 5th, I made a flight reservation with Priceline for a business trip with Delta Airlines. Because of an unexpected meeting cancellation, I had no choice but to cancel my flight. The airline representative confirmed that the refund has been issued to Priceline and they are now responsible for it. It has been more than two weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. I've reached out to Priceline customer service on multiple occasions, and every time I receive inconsistent information: At first, the representative stated that they were unable to find the refund. Afterward, they assured me that the money would be refunded to my card within a few days. Later, their stance shifted as they mentioned that the refund might require 7-10 business days to process. It's already March 19th, and I'm still waiting for my money. All I receive from Priceline are constant justifications and falsehoods. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!
