PUBG Mobile High Ping On One Account Only - Fix Request

I have a very serious and long‑lasting problem with one of my PUBG Mobile accounts and I feel completely ignored and unfairly blamed by the support team. I play with two different accounts on the same phone, using the same mobile operator and the same server, but only one of these accounts has an abnormally high ping. This issue has been happening for around two years or even more, and it makes the game almost unplayable on that account, even though my other account on the same device and network works normally. Because of this account, I am constantly experiencing lag and unstable ping, while on the other account everything is fine under exactly the same conditions. I have reported this situation many times and explained clearly that if the problem was a VPN or my internet connection, both accounts should be affected, not just one. Despite this, PUBG Mobile support keeps blaming me and saying that I am using a VPN, which is simply not true. Instead of investigating the technical problem with this specific account, they repeat the same answer and do not offer a real solution. I have invested plenty of money in this affected account over a long period, regularly buying the Royale Pass and other items because I truly love the game. I am also a top player, among the best 100 players in Peru, and this situation has damaged both my gaming experience and my motivation to continue supporting the game financially. After seeing no change and feeling that no one cared about my case despite the evidence I shared, I stopped spending money. Once again, I want to say clearly that I am begging for my account to be fixed. I only want to play normally with fair ping on this account, just like on my other account on the same phone and network. I ask PUBG Mobile to properly investigate this specific account instead of automatically blaming VPN use, and to restore a fair and stable gaming experience. As a loyal and high‑ranked player who has supported the game for a long time, if any compensation is considered for the years I have been affected, I would sincerely appreciate the possibility of receiving a new phone so I can continue playing and supporting PUBG Mobile.
