I Booked a Philippines AirAsia Flight via Skyscanner but Got No Confirmation Email
On the evening of May 16, I purchased a flight ticket through Skyscanner for a Philippines AirAsia flight from Manila to Tagbilaran. The payment went through successfully, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, I never received any confirmation email—no ticket, no booking reference, nothing.
I double-checked my inbox, spam folder, and all possible filters, but there’s no sign of the booking. I’ve essentially paid for a flight I can’t access, and I have no idea if my seat is even secured.
Skyscanner and AirAsia, this is completely unacceptable. I need my booking confirmation sent to me immediately. If there’s an issue, resolve it now and either provide the full ticket details or refund my payment in full. Customers should not be left in the dark after paying.
