I am using Parimatch from India, and my account is fully verified, including all required KYC checks. Two days ago, when I requested a higher withdrawal amount of approximately 70 lakhs, Parimatch suddenly locked my ability to withdraw funds. The only explanation I received was that the restriction was due to the higher amount of my withdrawal request and that they would unlock it, but no clear reason or details were provided. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Parimatch customer support, and they only keep telling me to wait, without giving any specific time frame or concrete information about when my withdrawals will be unlocked. My previous withdrawals with Parimatch were processed without any issues, so this sudden restriction on such a large amount is very concerning and stressful for me. I request that Parimatch immediately unlock my account’s withdrawal function and allow me to withdraw the full amount of 70 lakhs without further delay, or provide a clear and transparent explanation in writing if there is any legitimate issue. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, as my money has been unfairly held for days despite my account already being verified.
