I am a Super Duolingo user on an iPhone, and I have been experiencing an ongoing problem with friend quests since October 2025. Every time I complete a friend quest, the app never credits it to my account, even though the quest shows as completed on my side. So far, this has happened at least three times, and none of these completed friend quests have been rewarded. I have tried to get support for this through Duolingo’s own channels, but the help center and in‑app support are effectively unusable for me. When I attempt to submit a request or report a problem, nothing goes through properly, and I do not receive any meaningful response or solution. In addition to the friend quest problem, I am also unable to change my email address on my Duolingo account, and despite trying to get help for this as well, my email has still not been updated, and I have not received a reply. I request that my account be credited for the completed friend quests that were not rewarded and that my email address be updated as requested. I also expect proper acknowledgment and a clear response about what went wrong with the friend quest credits and the email change process, so that I can continue to use my Super Duolingo subscription without these recurring issues.
