My wife and I were excitedly discussing our upcoming trip to Paris. We made our flight reservations with Priceline a couple of months ahead of time and settled the payment in full. Regrettably, just six days prior to our flight, my wife had a fall and sustained an injury to her foot. We had to change the date of our flight to two weeks in the future. Upon reaching out to Priceline customer service, we were informed that it was possible to modify the flight date, albeit with an additional charge. We were in agreement, but were taken aback when we discovered that the fee amounted to $170! The price of the tickets has exceeded the initial cost of $182! Canceling the tickets and rebooking them would have been a more logical and less stressful option. This was an absolutely dreadful experience. I have decided to never use Priceline again. I plan to share this experience on all available platforms. I have serious concerns about the viability of this company. They are individuals who engage in dishonest practices, taking money and causing frustration.
