You'll need the order number that you found in the confirmation email. You will get a free shipping label to send the item back after you have registered your return.
You still have two years to return or exchange your Hue Sync Box after the 30-day period is over. To make a repair claim, call Philips Hue's customer service. To reach them in the U.S., call 1-800-555-0050, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST.
