Unhappy with My Philips TV - Demanding a Replacement, Not a Refund
I recently purchased a Philips television with a screen measuring 75 inches, and not long after that, it began to exhibit some sort of malfunction. After getting in touch with the authorized service, they sent over a replacement report. Philips insisted on a refund, in spite of the fact that we had already decided to get a replacement from a brand in which we had complete faith. I will not in any way acknowledge or acknowledge responsibility for this. I will exercise all of my legal rights, including taking the issue to the Consumer Court if you continue to harass me.
