Philips Hue Sync Box: Faulty Product, Terrible Customer Service

I am writing to complain about my experience with the Philips Hue Sync Box. I purchased the product from Amazon and started experiencing problems soon after using it. When I activated the sync box with my Samsung TV, the screen would flicker constantly. This issue did not occur when I deactivated the sync box from the app.

I contacted Philips customer service and they suggested some troubleshooting steps. I followed their instructions and even sent them videos of the problem, but the issue persisted. For over a month, I tried to get help from Philips. I spoke to several representatives, including Y**** and E****, but no one seemed to be able to resolve the problem.

Finally, E**** agreed to send me a replacement unit. I sent the faulty product back and received the replacement a few days later. However, the replacement unit was not new. It was covered in fingerprints and had clearly been used before.

I set up the replacement unit and the problem was still there. The TV screen still flickered when I activated the sync box. I am incredibly disappointed with Philips. I spent a lot of money on this product and it simply does not work. I am also disappointed with the customer service I have received. Philips has been slow to respond to my requests and has not been able to resolve the issue.
