I want to cancel a subscription purchased through Paddle. How can I do it?

If you have an email about the purchase or activation of the subscription, open it and look for the “View your subscription” or “Manage Subscription” link.

Click that link. In the window that opens, you’ll see the subscription details and a button to cancel it. Click “Cancel Subscription” and confirm. You’ll then receive an email confirming the cancellation.

If you can’t find the email, use the order lookup form on Paddle’s support page. Go to Paddle Buyer Support, click “Find your purchase”, enter your details, and proceed to cancel.

If for any reason you can’t cancel the subscription yourself, send a request to support at [email protected]. Include the order details (date, amount, email) and explicitly ask them to stop automatic charges and close the subscription.

After canceling, save copies of the emails or screenshots so you can prove your request in case of a dispute.

If Paddle ignores your requests and continues charging you — file a complaint on Xolvie. Your experience will help other buyers avoid unwanted subscriptions.
