Paddle.net Keeps Charging Me Every Month — How to Cancel and Refund

I want to cancel my monthly subscription with Paddle.net, but I have been unable to do so for nearly two months. Even though I follow all the cancellation steps, the verification code never arrives in my email, preventing me from completing the process. I’ve tried multiple times during this period, but I never received any code, and I can no longer log into my account.
I have also been unable to reach Paddle.net customer service for assistance. Because I can’t cancel my subscription, charges continue to be withdrawn from my account every month. My username is “kaanpro828”, and I use the subscription from Ankara.
I urgently request that this issue be resolved, my subscription be canceled, and the fees unfairly charged over the past two months be refunded to me.
