Feedly Pro+ Charged Me for an Unrecognized Annual Subscription

On October 13, 2026, I was charged 155.88 USD (1046.24 CNY) via Paddle for a Feedly Pro+ annual subscription that I do not recognize. I only noticed this when I checked my Feedly billing page and saw the annual charge processed through Paddle, even though I do not remember actively starting such a paid plan. After noticing this, I immediately went to my Feedly billing page and cancelled the renewal there, so it should not renew in the future. However, the 155.88 USD payment has already been taken from my account via UnionPay and the subscription is still listed in my billing history. I contacted both Paddle and Feedly support by email and on X. Paddle only sent an automatic email response and never followed up with a human reply, and Feedly has not responded to me at all. So far, my problem remains completely unresolved. I request that this unauthorized or unrecognized annual subscription be cancelled and that the full amount of 155.88 USD be refunded to my original payment method via UnionPay as soon as possible.
