Refund And Cancellation Request From Paddle

I am submitting this complaint regarding Paddle and the purchase of the product indicated in my invoice as “Chat & Ask AI Web Yearly Subscription” dated 23 March 2026. When making the payment, I believed I was purchasing a yearly subscription to Perplexity Pro. However, the product was processed and later shown in the invoice under the name “Chat & Ask AI Web Yearly Subscription”, which does not clearly indicate that it is related to Perplexity Pro. I only noticed this different name when I checked the invoice afterwards, and this discrepancy caused a misunderstanding for me. In this regard, I kindly request a full refund of 100 USD for this purchase and the cancellation of the yearly subscription so that no further payments are charged in the future. The purchase was made via PayPal (PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET) using my email address kometa***@gmail.com, and I would like the refund to be processed back to the original payment method. I have not previously contacted Paddle support about this matter and I am reaching out now through this complaint in order to resolve the misunderstanding as fairly and quickly as possible.
