Clearcheck AI Charged Me Again After Cancellation Request via Paddle
I had an active subscription with Clearcheck AI, which I requested to cancel through Paddle on 16 May 2026. Despite submitting this cancellation request about a month ago, the subscription has continued, and today another payment was taken from my account. On today’s date, I was charged 52.79 New Zealand dollars for the Clearcheck AI subscription, even though I had already requested cancellation via Paddle. I am not completely certain which email address was used for the purchase, but it may be b6dbj4b***@privaterelay.appleid.com. When I try to resolve this, Clearcheck AI directs me to Paddle, but my cancellation request made a month ago has clearly not been actioned, as the most recent charge still went through. I request that the subscription be fully cancelled without any further charges and that the 52.79 NZD charged today be refunded to me as I had already initiated cancellation well in advance. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been terminated and that no additional payments will be taken from my account.
