Paddle Charged Me for an Automatically Renewed TikFinity Subscription

Today, Paddle charged my card approximately $18 for the automatic renewal of a TikFinity subscription I had previously purchased. I had forgotten to cancel the subscription before the renewal date and only learned about the charge after it had already been processed. The original amount charged was 855.94 Turkish lira. Based on the most recently available official exchange rate, this is approximately $18 when rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

Because this is a foreign platform, I have been unable to communicate properly with the support team or clearly explain the problem I am experiencing. This has made it difficult for me to cancel the subscription and request the return of the renewal payment.

I respectfully request that the subscription be canceled immediately and that the full $18 charged to my card today be refunded to my original payment method. The email address associated with the subscription is z***********@gmail.com**.

I ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible and that no further renewal charges be made to my card.
