Unauthorized Paddle Charge Appeared On My Card, Request Full Refund

On July 29, 2026, my Citibank debit card was charged $29.99 by “Paddle.net” as shown on my bank statement. I did not authorize this payment, I never received any verification for such a purchase, and I have no information about what product or service this charge is for. When I try to investigate, I cannot even access details, because the email address used for this transaction is not mine and I do not have access to it. This situation is completely unauthorized and unknown to me, and I am very concerned that my card details have been used without my consent. I request that this $29.99 charge be fully refunded and that any related subscription or recurring billing, if created under my card, be cancelled so that no further unauthorized charges occur. I am sharing this complaint so that the issue can be investigated urgently, the fraudulent transaction reversed, and my card information protected against any future misuse.
