I Face Unfair Charge from Paddle After Canceling My Subscription

I subscribed to a service through Paddle and specifically signed up for only a one-month membership. Before the renewal period, I clearly requested to cancel my subscription and sent an email to confirm this cancellation. Despite my efforts, Paddle still charged my card ₺125.76 without my consent. This payment was unauthorized, as my subscription was already canceled.

I know the exact website linked to this payment, but the charge was processed directly by Paddle. This shows a serious lack of customer service follow-through and disregard for user consent. After canceling my membership and sending an email request, I expected Paddle to respect my decision and not charge me for a service I no longer wanted.

I demand a full refund of ₺125.76 as soon as possible. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action and report the issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. It is unacceptable to continue charging users after they have canceled their subscriptions. Paddle, take responsibility for this unauthorized charge and process my refund immediately.
