I Face Unauthorized $18.50 Charge From Paddle After Canceling Free Trial

I recently started a free trial with Pyrsonaliz, possibly for their personalized app or website tool, and I cancelled it shortly after starting because I did not want to continue with the service. Despite this, I was charged $18.50 through Paddle.net for “Paddle.net *Pyrsonaliz”. According to my Wish Visa statement, the payment was billed on November 22 and appeared/was registered on my Wish Visa account on November 25, with a timestamp on the transaction of November 24, 2025 at around 17:00 hours. I am 67 years old and have spent about four and a half hours searching online and being redirected from one page to another, trying to find any way to reach Pyrsonaliz or Paddle customer support about this charge. I have never been able to reach a real customer service representative or receive any support response, which has caused me a lot of stress and frustration. I cancelled the trial because I did not want this subscription, and I did not authorize this $18.50 charge on my Wish Visa card. I request that this unauthorized or unfair charge of $18.50 be fully refunded as soon as possible back to my Wish Visa card, and that any related subscription or recurring payment be cancelled and closed so that no further charges are made to my card.
